HGTV MAKEOVER

HGTV’s own Chip and Joanna transformed a 1969 ranch house into the perfect stylized home. Using masculine hues and industrial accents, they flipped the bland home into a Waco native’s striking bachelor pad.

Originally, this house’s kitchen was tiny. The white cabinetry and dated appliances were in desperate need of renovation. The walls were torn down in order to open up space. Joanne brought in reclaimed wood and dark gray walls to add a rustic touch.

To give more counter space, two large twin islands were added with beautiful concrete countertops. Bright industrial pendants provide the islands with bountiful lighting. Stainless appliances replaced the old, among them is our VIGO Edison Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet. With its high arch and tactical design, it was the perfect addition to this sophisticated kitchen.

Created with a 360° swivel spout that extends up to 30”, our Edison faucet can take on all dirty dishes thrown its way. Crafted with solid brass and spiral detail, this faucet is not only a statement piece but highly functional too, perfect for this home.

The dining room once separated from the kitchen and constricted, expanded when the wall came down. Keeping the earthy and masculine aesthetic, Joanne had a customized table created with galvanized metal. And paired the table with rustic wooden chairs to maintain a wood theme. Above the table hangs a contemporary bronze chandelier, to light the area.
